Refund Policy
Domestic Returns
- Full-Priced Items (unless marked Final Sale) may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method or store credit if returned as a gift.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original condition—unworn, unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Sale Items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions. No discount codes can be applied to sale items. Price adjustments or partial refunds are not offered on orders made prior to a promotion.
- Hair brushes, hair combs, scrunchies, and bow barrettes are final sale due to hygienic reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund for all returned items.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Mizou reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our return policy.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once your return is received. Please note, your banking institution may take 3-5 business days to process and post this transaction. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We are unable to process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
- Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. If there are any issues, our customer service team will contact you via email.
International Returns
At this time, we do not accept returns on international orders.
Store Credits
Store credits can only be used once and will not be reissued in the event of a return.
Private Events
Items purchased at Mizou private events are Final Sale and non-returnable.
