Return Policy

At Mizou, we hope you love your products, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. We accept returns on new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery. These items may be eligible for a refund or exchange. For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for used or opened accessories, fabric-based products such as scrunchies and bow barrettes, hair brushes, combs, or tools.

Refunds for domestic orders shipped within the United States will be processed to the original payment method, minus shipping costs, or issued as store credit in the form of a gift code. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us.

Please note, we cannot accept returns for any made-to-order items.

International Returns
At this time, we do not accept returns on international orders.

Incorrect or Damaged Products:
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item.


Lost or Stolen Packages:
Mizou is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered to the shipping address provided. We also cannot accept responsibility for incorrect deliveries or losses caused by errors in shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.

If you receive a confirmation email with an incorrect address, contact us immediately for updates. Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address. We cannot refund shipping costs for returned shipments due to address errors, and these returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
