Most orders within the continental United States are processed within 3-6 business days, with your choice of shipping method. Please note, during sale or collection launch periods, processing may take 5-7 business days. Estimated delivery dates from shipping carriers do not apply to orders with pre-order or made-to-order products. Shipping delays due to weather or storm conditions are not the responsibility of Mizou.

International Shipping:
International shipping costs are determined by the weight, size, destination, and retail prices of the items. Additional duties, taxes, or VAT charges will be calculated at checkout. For international orders, please note that USPS International shipments are delivered by your local carrier after customs clearance. Tracking updates will be available via your local post office.

Free Shipping:
Free shipping applies only to domestic orders over $150 in the continental US (excluding APO/FPO, AK, HI, PR, AS, and VI). Some restrictions may apply.

Made-To-Order Items:
Please allow up to 4-8 weeks for production and delivery. Custom items are excluded from discounts and promotions. Once your made-to-order item is shipped, no changes can be made, and made-to-order products are non-returnable.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Mizou is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided. We also cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect address information. Please confirm your shipping address before completing checkout. If an address update is needed, contact us immediately. Once shipped, we cannot modify the address. We are unable to refund shipping costs for returned shipments due to address errors, and restocking fees may apply.
